Top- RHP, Kolten Smith will get the start for Georgia today on the mound. The first pitch of the contest is flown out to left field for the first out. Smith strikes out Pennington for the second out. Makarewicz hits a seeing-eye single in between first and second for the first hit of the game. Smith strikes out Cozart for the final out of the top-half.

Bottom - RHP, Sam Highfill is projected to get the start for NC State. C. Collins leads off the contest for the Dawgs with a ground ball out to bring up Charlie Condon. Condon flies out loudly to right center field. Goldstein battles during a 7-pitch at bat, but grounds out to second base to end the inning.

Second Inning: NC State Explodes first (11-0)
Top - A softly hit line drive off the bat of B. Butterworth puts the lead-off runner on for NC State. A. Sosa laces a ball into right field and Butterworth goes from first to third base on the single. An RBI bunt single from Nixon brings home Butterworth for the first run of the contest. Another perfect bunt for another single loads the bases for the Wolves. N. Soles comes to the plate with the bases loaded and no outs, who laces a ball down the first base line, and it clears the bases for three more runs. A two-run home run from Sorano opens this up even more (6-0) Yet another single into left field continues the big inning for NC State. An eighth consecutive hit from NC State continues the inning. A play is under review as what should have been a double-play ball to Corey Collins at first base turns into a throwing error where everyone involved is safe, loading the bases yet again with nobody out. Goldstein drops a line drive out of his glove, as NC State scores yet another (7-0). Georgia makes a pitching change, still nobody out. Chandler Marsh enters the game and records the first out via strikeout. The next pitch is doubled into center field for two more runs (9-0). A fly ball out into right field brings the second out of the inning. Chadwick makes an error in left field and two more runs are scored. (11-0) A diving catch by Georgia center fielder Dillon Carter ends a nightmare inning.

Bottom - Slate Alford leads off the bottom of the 2nd inning for Georgia with a line-drive out to center field. Phelps quickly flies out in foul territory. Carter strikes out swinging to end the inning.

Third Inning: State continues to pile it on (12-0)
Top - Marsh starts off the top of the third inning with a pop-fly out to right field. Another fly ball out into right field records a quick second out in the inning. Jacob Cozart hits a solo shot to right field to extend the lead (12-0). A walk issued to Butterworth brings up Alex Sosa. A ground ball from Sosa ends the top of the third.

Bottom - Gonzalez starts off the bottom of the third inning with a ground ball out to third base. Clayton Chadwick grounds out to third base as well for the second out of the inning. Kolby Branch hits a two-out single into left field for the first hit of the contest. A four-pitch walk to Corey Collins puts two on for Charlie Condon with two out. Condon flies out to centerfield.

Fourth Inning: Georgia holds NC State scoreless, Georgia goes 1,2,3 (12-0)
Top - Marsh records a quick pop-out to start the fourth from Nixon, followed by a line drive out from Heavner for the second out. Dillon Carter makes yet another diving catch for the third and final out of the inning.

Bottom - Goldstein leads off the bottom of the fourth inning with a fly ball out in foul territory down the left field line. Slate Alford flies out to right field for the second out of the inning. Phelps grounds out for the final out of the fourth.

Fifth Inning: NC State tacks on another, Dawgs finally get on the board (13-1)
Top - C. Marsh remains on the mound for Georgia. Eli Serano leads off with a double into left-center field. A pop-fly out recorded by Corey Collins is the inning's first out. Marsh strikes out Markarewicz. Cozart rips a single to right field to score Serano. (13-0) Marsh strikes out the next batter to get out of the inning.

Bottom - Dillon Carter leads off the bottom half who strikes out looking. Gonzalez jumps on the first pitch of his at-bat for a double down the left-field line. Chadwick walks to put runners on first and second for Kolby Branch. Branch fouls out down the third base line for out No. 2. Corey Collins hits an RBI single for the first run of the contest for the Bulldogs. (13-1) Charlie Condon now steps to the plate with two runners on and Condon walks to load the bases. Goldstein comes to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs, and he grounds out to end the inning.

Sixth Inning: An error brings home another for the Wolfpack (14-1)
Top - Jarvis Evans enters the game on the mound for Georgia. Evans fans the first hitter for out No. 1. Henry Hunter hits the batter with a ball back to the mound and it scores yet another run for NC State. (14-1). A Ground ball out ends the inning for the Wolfpack.

Bottom - Slate Alford starts the bottom half with a lead off double. Phelps is hit by a pitch before H. Hunter flies out to left field for the first out of the inning. Murrilo then hits into a double play to end the inning.

Seventh Inning: NC State continues to extend the lead.
Top- NC STate's Pennington hits a solo shot to extend the lead (15-1). A double followed by a wild pitch scores another before the end of the inning (16-1).
