José Buttó, Brandon Sproatand Jonah Tong had outstanding outings, and every Mets team won on Tuesday. FCL Mets infielder Jeremy Rodríguez continued to be fantastic at the dish since the Mets acquired him for Tommy Pham last year.

The Syracuse Mets offense went off on Tuesday, walking nine times and only striking out eight. Rylan Bannon has been coming on strong and his utility profile makes him a possible option for the New York Mets should they want more bench versatility.

Jiman Choi hit his third home run of the season.

Buttó had a phenomenal outing at just the right time for Syracuse, with Adrian Houser faltering for the New York Mets. Despite his big league success this year, the biggest overall concern with Buttó has been his control, but he seemed to have harnessed it in his start.

Nolan McLean had a warm welcome in his first game for the Rumble Ponies, showing his abilities on offense. The other Rumble Ponies also showed signs of life, with Kevin Parada and Alex Ramirez hitting doubles and Ryan Clifford continuing to draw walks.

McLean will be on the mound to start for Binghamton on Wednesday.

Ramírez seems to be getting back into a groove, going 2-for-4 on the day, stealing two bases, and hitting what would wind up being the game-winning sacrifice fly.

Brandon Sproat had yet another dominant outing despite allowing three home runs and is poised to keep rocketing through the Mets farm system with performances like this.

Paul Gervase pitched a clean inning with two strikeouts in his first outing since April 24.

The Cyclones hit three home runs on Tuesday, and in a rare feat, Nick Morabito did not reach base or steal a base.

Wilfredo Lara hit his first home run of the season, and hopefully, this will be a sign of things to come. Right fielder Jefrey De Los Santos hit his first home run of the season.

Jonah Tong had the longest outing for a Cyclones starter in the 2024 season and continued his strong season with another dominating performance. Dakota Hawkins bounced back after a rough start to May with 2 1/3 quality innings while striking out two.

St. Lucie had some very timely hitting, and Jesus Baez applied pressure in the eighth inning, hitting an RBI single, stealing second base that led to a throwing error and allowed a run to score, then stealing third base and scoring himself on another throwing error.

Jeffry Rosa is continuing to struggle, going 0-for-4 with one strikeout. Ronald Hernandez ended his seven-game hitting streak, going 0-for-3.

Jeremy Rodriguez and A.J. Ewing provided four of the five runs the FCL Mets would score on the day. Rodriguez has been outstanding for the entire season and finally tapped into some of his power with both of his hits going for extra bases.
