Had a great experience as always with Sixt. Special shout out to Raahat for offering an upgrade cus of a special occasion, and offering lots of helpful tips/reccomemdations about the trip I had planned.The location is a little hard to find, but following the instructions they provide will get you there!

One of the best car rental experiences ever. Courteous and friendly staff, quality vehicles, well located location in the city. Shout out to Rahaat for exemplary customer service.As mentioned by others, it is a bit of a labyrinth in Metro Hall to get to the customer desk, construction within the concourse is not helpful. Use the Rexall Drug Store as your landmark, the elevators to SIXT are to the right of the store entrance.Will definitely rent from here in the future.
