I flew in from Orlando to Toronto for a week, and it was a rough flight and morning. When the SIXT shuttle picked me up, I was greeted with a smile, and the driver helped load my bag onto the shuttle. He wasn’t even the regular shuttle driver, as they couldn’t find him, but he just jumped in and picked me up! When I got to the counter, I was greeted by Duke, another great human being. He went over all the details with me and even gave me a free upgrade to a car that was much more expensive. The entire process was simple, and I anticipate no issues on return. My brother couldn’t believe it, and now he’s going to be renting from them next month. Great prices and very friendly staff—this is my new go-to rental place.P.S. I had chosen a prior rental before this one, but when I tried to reach their customer service, it was almost non-existent. When I tried to call SIXT, I was helped within minutes of the call with great customer service. This is why I chose this rental company.
