The PEOPLE at David’s in Clearwater are FAR superior to most *any* other employees at any other shop that I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. Simply better in just about every way that I can think of, frankly.Even though they were extremely busy and overloaded with work, they still took the time to help me with my hub / wheel repair, and looked up my information on their system right away, as I waited. I was extremely impressed, overall, with their outstanding level of service. Sadly, their bike prices are way out of my league, but I will always recommend them to all of my cycling friends and family (if they want the job done right, the FIRST time). And, if I ever strike it rich playing the lottery, then David’s is the very first stop that I’ll make to pick up my dream bike!
I purchased a high end bicycle and accessories for the bike earlier this week. Given the shortage of inventory, I could not find what I needed at the Clearwater store. The staff there checked company inventory and suggested that I go to the Lakeland store, which I did and found the bike that I wanted. The folks in Lakeland set up the bike promptly for me. I then went back to Clearwater and had them install some accessories and address questions that I had after taking the bike on a long ride. The people in Clearwater (especially Sue and John) and Lakeland (Cameron) were terrific. I have always found the staff to be very courteous and patient with questions and concerns, regardless of which of Davids stores in which you shop. This is why I tell people who ask to check with Davids World Cycle before making a purchase elsewhere.
I went there knowing that I did not have the $ 700 I needed to buy a new bike...but arriving there the manager showed me a used bike that look like new, barely used for half the price of a the new model and that is it I bought it! Bike set up was done quickly, all my questions answered and I was on my way with my new bike!Buying this bike was important for me to increase my exercise and get more motion and blood flow in my legs + be able to around shopping and visiting my area...all this got possible because I found this great used like new bicycle at Davids World Cycle shop!Thank you for the great services and advices!Olivier MannieClearwater, Fl
Took our two Trek Verve +2 bikes in for peddle recall change. Had made an appointment earlier. John was outstanding in handling the process as I think they had run out of replacement peddles but he robbed them from new bikes on the sales floor to take care of us. He also adjusted items on the bikes and lubed the chains, while we waited. It was just he and Susan and it got busy with walk in customers and phone ringing. They both handled things very well. Even reminded us of a store discount available for the inconvenience of the recall. And we bought something. I felt John went beyond what he needed to do for us. He could have easily have said we would have to leave the bikes (which I was told could happen). I am a happy customer.
The staff, store, service, and product offerings at Davids World at exceptional! The team is very hardworking and attentive to customer needs no matter if its to get a flat changed or to buy a new bike. I have been visiting this store for the last few years and its been a pleasure. I know that whatever issues I encounter, the team at this store is fully competent and dedicated to getting me back riding ASAP. Cant say enough nice things about these folks!
I recently had my old Trek tuned up by Davids World Cycle in Clearwater. I added lots of new accessories to it and purchased a car rack hitch as well. John (Manager) and John (sales) are the two main guys I dealt with. They did an outstanding job helping me with valuable suggestions & advice. My bike runs like new again! Quality store, people, and service!
Great bikes. Fair and negotiable on used bike prices. John helped me at the Dunedin/Clearwater location and was super helpful and friendly. Susan also helped me when I returned to pick up my new (used) bike and was super helpful and friendly too! Much better experience than a big-box store. I will continue to return to your Clearwater location!
Susan was such a pleasure to work with! I came in for a minor repair and left with a new (to me) bike that I absolutely love. She was knowledgeable and truely a great help! Her attitude and friendliness were such a nice additon to the overall experience! I highly recommend Davids!
Bought my wifes bike here a few years ago. Brought it back for a tune up and they did a great job and didnt even charge us because we bought the bike there. Bought my bike there about a year later and just recently brought it in for a broken spoke (2/16) and figured Id get a tune up while its there. I was asked if I had an appointment. I didnt and had to make one to bring it in on 3/10. And she tried to sell me a maintenance plan for $149 and $35 to fix the spoke. I made the appointment but decided to look elsewhere. Brought it to Tarpon Toms and left it there that day. The next day it was fixed and tuned up for $65. I wont be going back.
I have been to this shop now 4 times and I finally bought a bike. I have been to several bike stores in the area and this stores custom service is the best. I talked with James and Patrick at length about the bike that best suits my needs. They were very knowledgeable and avid riders themselves. I really never felt like they were trying to upsell me at any visit. More just trying to give me the appropriate bike. You might have to wait to get a associate but its worth it because they are so helpful and help educate you.
Although what they had was a little out of my price range and I purchased a bike from a different shop I still wanted to leave a good review becuase who I spoke to here was very nice and knowledgeable and took the time to share his knowledge with me even though he knew I wasnt able to buy anything. Great customer service
I researched trek dealers near me as I have a domane 5.1. Went to some shops and was treated sub par. Had bar tape done at a local very well known shop and was very disappointed in quality and price. Mark helped me at DWC and man that guy was awesome. Service, knowledge, and was very patient with my questions. DWC is my number one stop now.
These days, it seems to be quite a chore to make any purchase of a durable and quality item. My experience with Daves World Cycle was so easy that I expected to get bad news that the site was incorrect. Or, the bike was on Intergalactic Backorder and I could expect it next Julember. Instead, the team had my daughters bike assembled 3 days earlier than the initial commitment. I will return.
Staff member James was super knowledgeable and patient while I was finding the right bike for myself. I have not owned a bike since I was a teenager and felt like a novice, but he presented options for my preferences and I walked out with a bike I’m thrilled with. Made my experience pleasant!!! They have a great selection of accessories and the location is very convenient.
I had a little problem with my service three weeks ago. Ray called me on my cellphone and asked me to take the bike back to the shop. This time the bike came perfect and the team was awesome.Definitely I’ll take my bike back there always that I need a tuneup. Thanks to the DW Clearwater team! You’re guys rock!
I ordered the Verve 3 after discussing my options with Patrick, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained the differences between the different Trek bikes and recommended the one that would work best for me. After my bike was assembled and ready, the sales team removed some necessary equipment from my old bike and transferred it to my new Trek Verve 3. They were very accommodating and friendly as well as knowledgeable about Trek bikes. Great place to buy a bike!!!
I ordered an E-bike from Amazon and had it shipped to the store to be assembled. There was an issue with getting the throttle to work. Rob worked with the seller through several emails and got the bike to work. He was so kind each time I called with questions. Rob was also very patient and determined to get the bike working properly
Came here looking for a hybrid bike for my wife and I. They helped us make the right decision, we rode a few different bikes around the store for a little while testing them out and bought two bikes. The next few days we rode around the community, my wife decided to try my bike since it was a large and hers was a medium and she felt more comfortable on the large. I called the store and asked if we could switch the bike to a large, they said that’s not a problem at all, to keep riding the bike we have until the large comes in. Awesome service and no pushy sales tactics. 100% recommend!
After relocating to the area I found this shop to help with a tune-up of my old Hybrid and to assist me in the purchase of my first road bike. James was phenomenal with both. I had great customer service, all my questions were answered and my new bike was adjusted to fit me perfectly. I will happily be using this shop for all of my future needs.
Great staff and quality inventory---these guys are always friendly! In my latest visit they went above and beyond the service I paid for to clean up and do some extra adjustments (for free) on my Trek kids bike that was being handed down to a younger sibling. Not a very profitable job for them but they were still happy to help.
Great service ! Pleasant place to do business. They tuned up my Trek road bike I purchased there 10 years ago took it out ran like a Swiss watch. The cost was just what they said bike was ready when originally stated. Keep up the great service!!!
I went to get a bike. I thought I was sure what I wanted. The associate listened to my requirements, needs and plans for the bike and suggested more than one to try. I ended up buying a different one than I thought I might. They adjusted the seat and handlebars for me to try in different ways. Very very helpful.social distancing was enforced not just suggested and everyone waiting to go in was on board with that. It was great. I’ll go back for sure.
I had to purchase a bike over the phone from Utah for my daughter who is currently living in Florida for the next 18 months. The salesman knew exactly what I needed in terms of both the bike and the necessary accessories required by the mission office. It really was a stress free call. I was directed where to go on the website and each item was described for me. Her bike was assembled and ready for her to pick up when she arrived in Tampa last month. Highly recommend using David’s World Cycle to missionary parents.
A few weeks ago, after a lot of internet research, I decided I wanted Trek Verve 3. A coworker of mine recommended Davids. I ordered my bike online to pickup in Clearwater. I decided I wanted to add some accessories and called the store. James answered, pulled my order and told me he would have them added, best of all I was able to pay over the internet so the transaction would be contact-less.A few days later I got an email that I could pick up my bike that Friday at 3:00. When I arrived I called the store to let them know I was outside. A few minutes later the mechanic came out, asked if I got an email stating it would be ready because he had not even started building it yet. He told me if I had some errands to go do them and come back in an hour and it would be ready. When I came back I called the store again and James came out with it! The entire interaction with Davids was great. Knowing I was concerned about social distancing, James told me I could come back anytime and they could make any needed adjustments. He also told me few other after the sale services that were included. I was looking forward to get right home and try out my new bike so I didnt really hear what they there were. :) But 100% thumbs up. I have had it 3 weeks as of today and have already put 200 miles on it.
This really is a first rate bike shop. I have been a few times now, and received great customer service. They have gone above and beyond what I expected, including a complementary inspection and lubing on a bike I brought in. This most recent visit I picked up an excellent used 20 bike for my daughter, and was blown away by the value I got.Between the service and the deals, I am hooked as a customer.
Great staff, Great shop, Great service. I was first at the store during Christmas and everybody was busy, but they have time to speak with me and get my some information. A few day ago I spoke with Patrick, he measure me, got the bike I wanted , computer and other accessories and had it ready for pick up in few hours. He gave me pointers on Clips and shoes, which I will be returning to get them soon. He also assisted me with filling out my WWP Trek paperwork. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to assist you and give you advice. This is my shop from this point on. Thanks for a great costumer service experience.
We purchased 2 bikes from Davids World Cycle in Clearwater last night. Phil helped us and he was wonderful, really knowledgeable and helpful - plus we had a lot of fun. Our bikes will be ready next week, cant wait to get them! Spoke to James, the manager, this morning to add another accessory and he was fabulous as well. VERY pleased with the products and service at Davids World Cycle.Update - we picked up our bikes a few months ago and we are extremely pleased with the bikes and with the way we were treated by James, Phil and Megan. They are fabulous and I can recommend them without reservation! We would absolutely purchase from them again.
This is an excellent bike shop that always has the best prices and excellent customer service. I have never had anything less than a stellar experience at this location, especially when dealing with Mike K. and Rob C. These guys are excellent and they are always willing to go the extra mile to offer the best solution. Most importantly, they take the time to explain things and dont talk to you like they know a bunch more even though they do. Highly recommend this place for any of your biking needs.
Everyone was personable in the store, picking out the new bike for my son was a pleasant experience without high pressure sales. The guys listened to what I was asking for and then we narrowed it down to two bikes for my son to choose from. He is ecstatic about his new ride.
Have purchased a womens road bike, a mens road bike and 4 childrens bikes from this very location. James, the manager, has been very informative and helpful with recommendations. Megan handles sales and all warranty claims and has been very helpful with purchases and a warranty claim. Rob is in their service department and is very knowledgeable for all repairs. Highly recommended for all your cycle needs. They carry childrens to adults and electric cycles and all the accessories to go with them.
I found your employees to be very knowledgeable not only with the bikes sold at Davids but also of other bikes I was considering. They were not pushy and were very professional. I also appreciate their lifetime commitment to tune up the brakes, etc, and being able to take the bike to any of their numerous locations. I also believe in purchasing from a FL base company. They have awesome customer service. I would highly recommend them.
James did not bother to remember my name even though I was there for a long time and already knew what bike I wanted. He got very defensive when I asked him question and was not nice or friendly. I do not feel that he handled our situation professionally or with care. I was happy and excited to come to your store, and after his service didnt even want to go back there. He made a scene outside where there was a line of people and I just dont think I will go backthere or refer this location to anyone with the service he gave. Very poor. The dog that was there treated us better and was a lot more friendly. I know you dont work on commission, but should still treat customers with better care.
I have NOTHING but great things to say about Rob the repair person that helped me make my little girl’s 6th birthday magical. Rob was kind, fair, and went out of his way to make sure the parts we needed were ordered and put on her bike/scooter just in time to surprise her for her birthday! Anyone that needs anything bike related this specific location is the place to go! Thank you Rob
Being very non mechanically inclined I had forced my bike into the trunk of my car and in so doing managed to push the chain off of the rings and somehow put the chain into a couple loops. As I got to the Courtney Campbell expressway to ride my bike on the parallel bike trail I realized I could not figure this out. This was also New years Day. Really wanted to take a ride so I Google searched for a bike shop near me. I found Davids World cycle. I went in and Rob was great. Fixed it in 2 minutes. Did not charge me. We had a lot of fun chatting about bikes and how to fix and all the rest of that good stuff. These guys are terrific. Would recommend them big time.Knowledgeable and pleasant. A wonderful combination.
This is a great shop. Very knowledgable staff who all love cycling and love to talk bikes. They are among the friendliest bike shops I have run across. They are also unusual in that they have something for all levels - from kids getting their first bike to ultralight go fast road bikes! Their mechanics are also great. They have rebuilt a bike for me after a crash, fixed warranty work and just kept my bikes running smooth.
All they cared about were selling bikes. We wanted a small piece and they shoved us off on to some kid. The kid had no clue what we were talking about. If you want to be treated like a nobody and like a tourist, then go here. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else. This company isnt even worth the star was given.
I took my bike to the store to have the tires checked. Angel was extremely helpful and did not charge me for checking the tires. Truly grateful. As Im walking out of the store, Carlos assisted me by helping me take the bike to my van and loading it. Great visit overall. Will highly recommend.
My fiancé and I have been looking for a hybrid bike for me for the past few weeks. We have been a few bike shops in the area and nothing impressed me more than the service we got at Davids world cycle shop in Clearwater. We were helped by a gentlemen named James and he was fantastic. We came in to the shop fairly close to when the store was closing because of our work schedules. James was very patient and never rushed us. He showed us all the best options from inexpensive bikes to more luxurious options. We left the first visit without a bike to look around some more but was so impressed that we ended up coming back to purchase one of the bikes that James recommended to me. I would highly recommend going to this location if you want excellent customer service and a nice quality Trek bike.
Absolutely outstanding customer service at the Clearater location of DWC. Patrick was awesome and was very clear explaining the features of the Trek Dual Sport 2. I would recommend DWC to anyone looking for a new bike. If the stars above were endless they would be over 100 for sure.
This is the best place to get all of your bicycle needs addressed. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowlegeble. I wanted to add a few of custom parts and detailes in order to make riding experience most satisfying, and DWC made sure that my bike is just what I was looking for. This was my first bicycle purchase and they made me feel so special and so appreciated. I love my bike and cant get enough of riding it. I will always recommend DWC to my friends and family because this was the best decision Ive made in a long time.
If you are looking at Dave’s Cycle World for a new bike save yourself the headache, I suggest you go elsewhere. They charged my card for twice the amount of my purchase (2 charges of 906.74) on Saturday 9/15. I didn’t realize this until they had already closed. Called Sunday and they tell me there is nothing they can do until Monday and that the charge should drop off by then. I called my bank this morning and they tell me that there is NO REQUEST FOR REVERSAL and that it something wrong with Dave’s Cycle World POS System. Megan the manager of the store handled my transaction and when checking me out on Saturday did not ask me whether I wanted to use MY DEBIT CARD as DEBIT or CREDIT, she just charged it as credit, I had people with me so I hadn’t paid it much attention until I checked my account balance after I left. Megan has continued to try to place blame on my bank even after I told her I had already spoken to them. Now they are saying the only way to get HALF (906.74)my money back is to bring the bike back to the store and wait 3-5 business days for the money to be returned. Even speaking to the owner of the company didn’t even help, he said the same thing “bring the bike back and wait for a refund”. My bank says I can’t make a claim for fraud until Wednesday. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. Like I said don’t waste your time... plenty of other bike companies out there that have much better customer service and won’t charge you twice and act like they didn’t.
Bought a Marlin 7 and Pre caliber boys bicycle along with some accessories. James was awesome. Gave me all of his attention the first time I showed up to order and the second time when we picked up. This is the 5th bicycle I have purchased from Davids and will always return. Thank you James for being a class act and give me 100% of your time and knowledge.
My recent experience buying shoes / cleats and arranging for my bike to be tuned up was handled in a very professional, informative manner especially considering our difficult Coronavirus environment. All recommended safety protocols were in effect making for a safe experience.
These are great people! They are all helpful, knowledgeable, and will absolutely take care of you. I was a new cyclist in 2014. After much research, I bought my Trek Domane from DWC Clearwater. I feel that James Gaetano and his awesome staff have been looking out for me ever since I bought that bike. They are great teachers, always motivating and encouraging, and I especially appreciate Jamess focus on safety. A special shout out to their awesome techs, John and Rob. I highly recommend this shop.
Megan was very helpful in keeping selecting a new bike. She was not only knowledgeable but followed threw with calling me back to make sure all my needs where met. The next day I went back to get a bike lock. I pulled up to the front door they open the door for me and then proceeded to put it on my new bike as I waited.I have to say this has been a wonderful experience with Davids!
“We took in my sons mountain bike to repair a broken fork at David’s World Cycle in Clearwater. They went above & beyond in their service. Excellent from start to finish. They surprised us with an upgraded replacement fork and the actual bike repair service was very timely and well done. Can’t say enough about David’s World Cycle in Clearwater. Top-notch customer service. James and Rob are fantastic. Thank you guys!!!
I worked with Megan and Jon K. Megan really got me hooked on the Trek bicycles, and helped me to understand pros and cons, the right bike for me and my budget, and ultimately got me fitted up for an amazing bike. The next day, Jon completed the transaction and helped my wife and I understand the bikes we had selected. Both Megan and Jon helped us out so much, we are so grateful and customers for life!
I needed to find a bike shop who would adjust and tighten the brakes on a new bike for my daughter, 2 days before Christmas. After calling a couple places who told me they had no availability, John at davids world told me to bring it in to see what they could do. After only about 1/2 hour, Rob had perfectly adjusted/tightened anything that needed to be. The staff was more than accommodating and professional during a very busy time. A special thanks to Rob, John, and James
We have purchased two bikes in the last 6 months and had two others tuned-up. We liked the shop as soon as we walked in. The staff is knowledgeable and could steer us to exactly what we wanted and needed. They do not try to upsell. The customer service is outstanding.
Shortly after Christmas I went on my quest for my first real adult bicycle. Even though I went to the Trek store directly in St Petersburg, I was very disappointed with the service that I received by the manager Anne Fidanzato. She was criticizing the bike that I wanted to purchase and was pushing a more expensive model even though the one I wanted (FX 1) suited my needs. I then went into Davids World Cycle at the Clearwater location. James, the manager warmly greeted me and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the bike I wanted to purchase. He was not pushy and reassured me that if I was not comfortable or my bike did not meet my expectations, that I can bring it back within 30 to upgrade or change to a different model. While I rarely ever write reviews I didnt want anyone to miss the opportunity to have a great, stress free bicycle buying experience.
Knowledgable and honest staff. I took in my Trek Madone to get tuned up and surprisingly when my rear derailleur needed to be adjusted, I did not need a new cable which saved me some money on the repair. Prior to my tune up I needed new idler pulleys and I went shopping to get replacements. I had gone to a bicycle shop a few miles up the road and they wanted to charge me nearly $125 for the parts. For that price you would expect the wheels to be solid carbon fiber, which they were not and I dont believe they make them carbon fiber anyways. But my point is that I got the Shimano replacements for under $20 from Davids World Cycle and they work just perfect. The reason for the new pulleys is that when I took them apart to clean the inside has a white part made out of ceramic and it fell apart since it is very fragile.
For over a month I had my Trek in-and-out of my normal bike shop (a superb shop, but not Trek), and after one visit to Davids Clearwater, Rob pinpointed the issue and recommended the necessary parts and service required. I cant express how happy Ive been with the expert knowledge and superb service Ive received from the entire staff. There are a lot of excellent shops in the Clearwater / Tampa Bay area, but if you want the best possible service for your Trek, look no further. period.
I had to update my 5 star review after my last visit.1) They charged my over twice as much as estimate for repair by adding services that I never asked for.2) I wanted to buy one part to my bike and they wanted to charge me over twice of MSRP given to me by Trek !I really would like to support local shops but I cant in this case :(
Knowledgeable staff. Got my 820 tuned there and turned out as well as I expected save for the gearing. Gearing was funny after the tune, but they helped me fix it as soon as I went back. Also informed me that parts on my rear derailleur are wearing out and showed me different kinds of rear derailleurs and replacement suggestions for my bike with respect to my budget. In fact that fix that they did on my bike was a budget fix and it worked. It was quick work too. Their knowledge on bike parts enlightened me more about bike maintenance.Their tune ups are worth investing in every couple years or so, but it’s also expensive that doing maintenance yourself in the meantime might just help you make your bike last longer while saving some money. I can only tell for my 820, it is very reliable you’d only really need to change basic important stuff like tubes, chains, and v-brakes most of the time. The original chain was even durable. I’ve had my bike for already four years with probably a few thousand miles on it already. I ride it along Clearwater and Dunedin areas like 10 miles each ride a few times a week. It’s a sturdy bike. If their lowest entry level is this durable, you won’t need to think how good the bikes a step up from 820 are. Don’t know about their road bikes but I do see them being used by big cycling channels on youtube, even on UK.Watch out for when some of their good bikes go on sale. Last time I went there they had good entry level mtbs at big discounts. Their emails also notify you of big sales. Unless you know how to upgrade your bike yourself, considering your bike is upgradeable, it would be more sound to buy a more complete bike with much better parts and are also on sale since upgrading with the shop will be very hefty.Shopping wise, they’ll have most of what you need from bike parts to accessories to clothes and all that. You’re better off shopping here for your most basic maintenance needs because they sell bontrager stuff, bike seats even. On the register, just tell the staff what your bike is and they’ll know which tubes you need. They have a clean work area and you can see the bikes they are working on. Reliable shop it is. My quick stop for basic maintenance needs.
Everyone at Davids World of cycling knows what they are doing . I just got a Trek bike from them, I really like it a lot. Patrick and all of the associates knows what they are doing when they are saleing a bicycles. Im very happy with my bicycle that I got from them.. I recommend them to anyone that wants a bicycle.
Ive had my bike only two weeks and I already have a flat, 6 miles from home. Normally I would be charged $25 but this time the manager James said he wont charge me. That guy needs to learn communication skills and to say what he thinks he said. #annoying
For 6 years Id been riding a Trek road bike I bought on Craigslist and felt it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of research online and test rides at 4 LBS to try to decide what type of bike I wanted (endurance vs speed). Even as an experienced cyclist the process was pretty confusing! The staff of Davids-Clearwater was incredibly patient, informative and went truly ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was on the proper bike for my cycling goals and anatomy. Thanks to Phil, Megan, Rob and especially (manager) James I have quadrupled my monthly mileage and am having so much fun on my bike again!
I would like to thank the team at Davids world in Clearwater for working together to make all experiences on the phone or in person a pleasant experience. The staff led by manager James understands the bikes they sell & are all riders that have a true passion helping others get the most from biking.
I was not sure what type of bike to buy . So Phil help me with several different kinds of bikes to try I rode them around the parking lot. So then I made my decision on the townie 7D. This bike is great for cruising on the trail and I have not stopped writing it since I got it. I would recommend Daves world cycle to anyone who is in the market looking for a bike .
Very happy with my new bike. Bought it during the Corona stuff going on. They were very cautious and professional. Thanks Dave and staff.
Brought in my granddaughters bike to get a tire and traing wheels.. Told me it would be ready in 2 days... 10 days later . , no tire fixed..no training. Wheels either.. This place is a joke.... Sad thing is is a local business. Ill never understand how they are a 4.8...
I had a very unusual, yet specific dilemma with my former bike. I approached James and his gang, here at this bike shop, and let me just say that no one, anywhere, has put so much emphasis on making the customer a top priority; they really do believe in building a lasting relationship with their fellow bicycle rider people.
Went to the shop today for info only and let james know that as well that it was gonna be next month before I buy a bike. And unlike most places he took the time to explain and show what would best suit me and my needs and was not pushy at all and for this reason I will be in next month to buy my bike and everything I need thank you
Looking for a hard to find bicycle tube and called 6 shops around Clearwater No one had any , about to give up hope of finding a tube local.I called here and was greeted professionally and courteous was told yes sir we have it ,amazed I asked how many in stock reply: about 10 and can order More if needed!! I am on my way !! Thanks!!
James assisted me with my purchases and made it extremely confortable and assured me of the product and the service that he will support the purchase with.My friend recommend me to you and he was so right with what he shared with me as far as service and product,I am enjoying my Trek,Thank you,Vincent J Bubolo
