Stefan's POV
I can tell Natalie loves the feeling of not feeling anything, if the smirk on her face has anything to say. "Okay!" Caroline excitedly claps her hands together as she runs towards Natalie. "Tell me this isn't what you needed." She utters. "It is exactly what I needed. I shouldn't have turned it back on in New Orleans." Natalie groans as her smirks grows.

I did this for you- to save you- but ironically, it's the best choice I've made in a long time." She comments. "This isn't you, Laine. You're gonna hate yourself when you turn it back on." I mention as I shake my head, feeling anger towards Caroline for what she's made my girl do.
"I won't stop until I get you back, Laine. You told me to bring you back, so I will." I declare and Natalie rolls her eyes. "Yeah, I don't care. Do your worst." She shrugs as she slips on her jacket. "This is who I am now, Stefan. It's probably best if you, Damon and my bitch of a sister accept that. If not, then I guess it's goodbye to all three of you."
"No, I won't accept it because I know you, Laine. You're loyal, and compassionate and strong-" I start to list but Caroline interrupts me. "Ugh, dude. Give it up already!" She complains as she rolls her eyes, walking over to me before she rips the stake out of my back. "The girls flipped her switch, get off her back. God! Remind me why you're in love with him again? All he does is whine."
"I'm hungry." Natalie mentions as she licks her lips, looking at Caroline with a devious glint in her eyes. "I'm picking who we eat. I think I deserve it. You know, I genuinely can't remember the last time I drank straight from the vein." She continues. "Oh, absolutely! No complaints from me." Caroline immediately agrees as she links her arm with Natalie's and they strut towards the door.
"Laine, I'm not giving up on you!" I call out as I climb to my feet. "That's your problem. Not mine." Natalie replies unbothered as Caroline smirks. "Goodbye, Stefan." She wiggles her fingers at me before the two of them step out of the bar. I sigh as I shake my head, but I'm not gonna stop doing everything I can until I get my girl back. I promised her I would and I will.

The door to the house suddenly shoots open making me and Damon look up to see Natalie sauntering in with her clothes drenched in blood. "How was the rave? Must've been really good since you've come home with your dinner all over you." Damon asks with a pointed look on his face as Natalie smirks, folding her arms across her chest as she leans against the wall.
"You killed someone?" I question as I raise my eyebrow to the blood on Natalie's skirt. "Ten points to my husband and his keen observation skills. We should start calling you 'Sherlock' instead of 'Hero Hair'." She sarcastically replies. "Your husband here tells me you've flipped your switch, Tia." Damon mentions.
"And you told on me?" Natalie tilts her head towards me in mock-offence as I just stare at the woman I love. "Why am I not surprised? Well, it was either me or him, and I chose me. Like I always will." She digs as she gives me a grin. "Very bold of you to make that sacrifice, Tia, but the panic's over. I think you should just turn it back in now, okay?" Damon tries to reason with her but Natalie just chuckles.
"Hmm. It's funny that you think I want too." She utters as Damon stands up beside me. "You know what I think? I think you two should be good little boys and never get in a woman's way. Especially one who doesn't give a f*ck about anything." She continues, her face void of any emotion. "If any of you try and get me to turn it back on, I will start ripping people apart, literally, and leave them on your doorstep so you can play Jigsaw with them." She warns.
