As the Director Investor Relations and Environment, Sustainability & Governance (ESG) Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating Telix's sustainability strategies, initiatives, and performance to both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of investor relations and disclosure programs, including for the material investor focus area on sustainability. While the focus of the role is on the ESG engagement in the context of investor relations, this role is a senior member of the Investor Relations team and will play a key role supporting the SVP Investor Relations and Corporate Communication in investor relations strategy, engagement and outputs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of an ESG-focused IR strategy aligned with Telix’s mission, values, and business objectives including sustainability and Group performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and financial analysts, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information on sustainability-related matters and additionally as the 2IC / supporting partner to the SVP Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
• Drive the delivery of an annual Materiality Assessment process for sustainability topics through engagement with key stakeholders - including investors, analysts, customers, employees, and community members - to understand sustainability topics relevant to each group.
• Lead the development and implementation of robust ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment and compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. (e.g. ISSB, ASSB)
• Develop investor relations materials, including presentations, press releases, and fact sheets, highlighting Telix's achievements and value proposition.
• Work closely with the Risk and Sustainability team to drive the integration of sustainability (or environmental, social, and governance (ESG)) factors into decision-making processes, working closely with the finance and operations teams.
• Work closely with the finance team to continuously evaluate and improve sustainability reporting and performance through data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends related to ESG issues, proactively recommending actions to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, disclosure frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines including for financial reporting and sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to distill complex financial and ESG information into clear and compelling messages for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies that drive business value and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment principles, and ESG integration strategies.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively.
