Also, this happened. As my friends and contacts know - outside my busy, challenging and fulfilling work in games, I also write books. Lots of books, as writing helps me relaxing and getting into a different head space far away from spreadsheets, Jira, Unity and Unreal (or whatever I work in).So, last week the 7th Stargazer novel got released - and cracked No1 in 3 different science fiction categories on Amazon within 24 hours. One week later, it is still going strong and holding the crown in Metaphysical. Not bad for a hobby that balances out my days and weeks! https://lnkd.in/gqMBPu7T

Trust me, if you have the Netflix App, you should totally check that one out. And if not, it is probably time to get it 😀 It was really exciting watching the game being made (full disclaimer, not my project) and witnessing it grow into the awesome gem that has been released now! So, give it a shot!

As someone who has enthusiastically played shooters as a teenager, designed and developed a shooter as first own IP and then worked on some iconic genre titles afterwards, I am really excited that PlaySide has signed MOUSE. I mean, watch the trailers - animation, art style and music are superb, the setting is as unique as it gets and the game-play gives me some some very positive Outlaws / Doom flashbacks. Can`t wait to play that one!
